This forum needs to scrutinize as closely as possible all info coming out of the Noront offices. I'm willing to wait a couple of months to try and gauge the actions of our new CEO (thankfully the 'two-dayers', Hamilton and Parisotto, are no longer in the office).
It is my understanding that any group of investors with 10 percent of voting shares can call a 'special general meeting'.
Any clear evidence of screwing around by the management and/or the BOD can be challenged by us, the retail investor. We are not without power. Even J. Jobin, the pit bull of investor relations at Noront can not deny this type of action, which allow us to directly address the BOD with regards to our investment.
It might be the difference between a 70 cent stock and a $7 stock.
Think about it.
