Dear Regulatory Office...

Pls help a few of us understand something. (1). FNC goes from $.20 - $.85 at 9X average volume. (2) PRB goes from $.23 - $.47 at 8X average volume. (3) BMK goes from $.055 - $.19 at 11X average volume (4) NOT goes from $.60 to $1.49 at 11X average volume and yet it is ONLY NOT that releases a deer in the headlights "what the hell, we have no idea what's going on"?

Is there a reason for this or better yet an explanation?
