Here's what I posted over there at FWR.

Noront is the big winner here. For about 2 years they have been trying to get anyone to believe that there could/would be a mining camp in the ROF. Visibility was raised with the hostile take-over and significant market cap was gained by all in the ROF and now we have a 'puny' major (but still a major) being forced to get off the pot and take out the FWR ROF assets. Anyone holding FWR in their RRSP may have to find out if they will be allowed to hold it in their RRSP. It may be best to sell my FWR and look for the next consolidatee. The Rosseau people seem to like older, dominent leader type co's having taken a run at RN & now Mac. My guess would be that JV might be next based on this profile.
