It can take up to 48 hours for them to be processed by the brokerage houses. So if you are tendering, please consider doing it on Tuesday to be safe.

I would like to publicly thank Warren Irwin for his words of wisdom this morning...WOW!!

Michael Grey also could not get any good answers to his questions...no matter how he worded it. I wonder how he will be voting his shares ;-)

When this started, I wrote this is a done deal. It was alot harder than any of us thought and it is far from over. However, Noront has kept showing Goliath that they will not go down easy. I still believe we will win this but we need everyone's vote. Let's not take anything for granted.
