I’m a little suspect of Spider having a PP at this time. Perfect opportunity for a major to get their hands on a huge percentage of Spider for little cost. Who would want Spider?(Cliffs?) Spider has 25 % interest in Big Daddy and Cliffs wants to own it all. Just a little more consolidation going on behind the scenes. Spider may be the next to go. Just my opinion but we will see. If this gets filled by Dec. 23 I suspect they have interested parties already on the hook. Expect to see more friendly takeovers occurring in not to distant future. Not’s turn will come.
