So, at present if RCF decides to turn the 15 million dollar loan into shares @ the agreed .34 / share they would have in total approx. 112,471, 799 shares of NOT; rough estimate.  If they were to opt to call-in the loan right now and request to receive shares, instead of cash, they would have a 32.6 % controlling interest in NOT..... I guess if they were to ever achieve this sort of controlling interest then whatever they say goes.....or am I wrong?  If I made any mistakes in my calculations please correct.
