Message: Noront smelter decision 3-4 months away

Said the exact same thing in April- 3 to 4 months. Doesn't bode well for the sp.  Feel sorry for the communities that put all that work and $$ into their presentation only to see delays, delays, delays. This smelter proposition is more and more looking like a ploy to get public support from the area with little actual substance(where is the funding for the smelter???)

Coutts and Noront are stalled and are simply trying to keep themselves in the news.  First nickel, then chromite, now gold...with NONE of them attracting any interest. Ford has stated his 5 priorities and nowhere has the ROF been mentioned and unfortunately his decisions affecting FNs so far have been not been embraced by the FNs.  Has the ROF once gain merely been used for political gain.

Ford has reveersed things the Libs have put in place and is offering tax reductions(gas hydro etc) without indicating where the funding is coming from.  Delaying having to put out the $Bil would assist.
