John, The announcement has yet to be made.

.. Given that the ring of Fire has repeatedly been espoused to be a project of national significnace by all political parties at several levels of government , in the context of an ever- diminishing supply/list of similar projects  , one would think that any significant postive news regarding the ROF  would have been leaked by now. That it hasn't (as judged by the neutral to negative shareprice action) leads one to believe that either the news is unrelated to the ROF, related to the ROF but underwhelming, or that the principals involved are running an extremely tight ship.  If the latter turns out to be the case,  my kudos would  gladly and wholeheartedly be extended towards  them.
