Can't really understand an enviromentalist view point being negative towards the ROF, I would consider myself enviromental friendly person and think more and more the minerals in the ground are from what I understand the ones needed for a cleaner future. I would also think the FN are aware of this and standards for extracting these minerals in Canada are far more strict than other countries. Positives far outweigh the negative enviromental impact  if we are to remain a planet that needs energey and minerals.
