That made me laugh, I read it all in Paul Hogan's voice.

Why wouldn't Wyloo make an offer? I know nothing about Wyloo, don't know what their normal tactics are, don't know what kind of negotiator Forrest is.

Is this a low ball offer for price discovery or for establishing a price floor? Does he need the stock trading above $0.30 as part of a loan covenant?

For sure worth more than 0.315 but no one really knows how much the claim is worth, maybe someone's got valuation of Eagle's Nest out there somewhere, but until they start digging, this stock moves on de-risking events and news like a buyout.
