Google Rule 72 503 and you will know why you weren't allowed into pp. I would imagine these shares are in friendly hands and I doubt RCF as someone, i know was a joke, mentioned.  I wonder if it could be TD Ameritrade? TD did act as financial advisor and agent in this pp.  They certainly got this 6 mil in a hurry. Why didn't they do quite larger pp and pay RCF loan off long ago? When and if a real offer comes in we will see and hear from FN's and Fed.  Coutts  mentioned the loyal, long time shareholder base. I hope they truly give thought to us!  This is worth many dollars.....not cents!!!!  Again, does anyone really believe the Feds will allow such a deposit to be controlled by a foreign entity?
