The fast answer to the above is :- ...if BHP,  Wyloo, and the Ontario legally confirmed @  (5-9%) third control % owner, agree to the Jan14/22 final and legally approved Noront price per share control bid.

Buying/ selling by either level of government, if known, would jeapordize the the final price payment negotiated by the Ford (only) minority  government investor. Peter
