... the guy is said to be worth over $27 Billion.    He's doing this himself, he's taking it private, he doesn't need investors, at all.    He doesn't need our money, he's not listing Noront on any exchange, he is not giving up any profits on this to a bunch of retail investors.  He sees the huge potential, the market is so ripe, he's dealt with indigenous peoples, he's making this happen and he's kicking us off his bus.    He paid out huge dividends with Fortescue.  Google him and see what happened with iron mining in Australia. 

Our only recourse is to now complain on how he's tried to pull this off.    We need transparency on the voting, because silence on the vote is not acceptance.   This has to be above board, not this bizarre vote in the next three weeks if you want to keep what's yours, otherwise I'm taking it for a buck-ten.  What is that?    Ridiculous.
