I doubt it. On the contrary, POET gave Anadigics a quick bye-bye when the bidding war started and changed to Wavetek, even thought that caused a delay of several weeks. And now they should collaborate with II-VI? I won't rule out anything, but we don't have the slightest hint supporting this.
