As you well said, there is this rating of R&R now. Yes, they are not the best rating agens and they seeme to be biased. But still, have a look at their passed ratings and you will hardly find a fair value 10x the current SP. Also they have to lose a reputation. And once some of their customers will start buying in there will be very little volume on the sell side. Suddenly the shaky hands will grab their shares.
GHF's prediction is that POET is a 100% faiure. Mine is that we will be at 0,52 in a whim once it is starting. Here I just cannot see much logical downside drivers but a market sentiment (with a burn rate giving POET one year time if there will be no success with their new products nor with partnerships), but quite some upward potential with the Indian tender due tomorrow, exceptional unique prototypes in hands of customers and the news expected at CIEO in 3 weeks. History is repeating  - until a trend changes.
