Well that's certainly a number shareholders can toss around if there happens to be an offer for purchase out there. Also. Email for fourth tranche to me indicates that they are covering their behinds in case DL buyer is playing hardball in negotiations.  Poet has to be able to walk from the deal in order to take care of us.  And say what you want about a no shop clause, it's hard to imagine that with our Board of Director's and management's connections a white knight might not appear if the buyer resnigs on any part of the deal.   Six weeks delay could work in our favor if the buyer is playing hardball. I'm hoping Poet is not rolling over here.  Good luck to our BOD and management.
