After selling our only real hard asset ,Denselight for 26 million and reducing our operating expenses by approx half...how can we possibly need more money to continue as a going concern.................wow..please stop the insanity

There is US$13 million coming by the end of the year and the consensus is that the DL buyer would not have made the first tranche if there would be any problem with the second. And consider the following…without differentiated products derived from the OI platform this DL purchase would not make sense.

And yes there are the .75 warrants and there is an expectation of more NRE so  the worst case is  always presented in these filings.
