It's $50 million of capital total.  That's why Poet's intellectual property contribution needs to be confined by appraisal.  My guess is that Poet's contribution will add up to 47% and Sunan's will be 53%, mainly cash, with total contributions totaling $50 million.  

If I'm wrong, someone needs to demonstrate why. But I really don't want people thinking something that's not so - unless it is so. That happens too often on stock message boards.
