Job Description

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Others or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Develop processes for integration of devices on optical interposers, using automated precision die bonding equipment
- Design and implement flip chip soldering processes using application specific software.
- High accuracy, high reliability bonding of lasers and photodiodes.
- Develop material inspections to optimize product performance
- Perform failure analysis, establish root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Set up and carry out screening methods of optical components consisting of both electrical and optical tests
- Perform DOE’s to improve and finalize processes.
- Work closely with R&D to transfer products to manufacturing
- Set up machine maintenance program.

Required Skill(s):

Experience with precision automated die bonding equipment
Experience with vision systems, pattern recognition
Knowledge of material properties and metallurgy
Working knowledge of lasers and photodiodes
