As we were advised DL is  expected to have a license to  use the lasers that POET developed for  integration into silicon. POET also uses AMF for silicon based modulators. If we think back recall that Palomar is also  in the mix. These relationships go back a long way. POET did not  PR this relationship as I believe it  was a preplanned move towards POETs ultimate business plan to be fab-lite.
