I know it's already been stated but I'll re-emphasize. Tom Mika does not act independently in these matters. Press releases and communications with the public are the result of the combined efforts of Shelton Group, the Board of Directors and other members of senior management and now, along with Adrian I suspect. So again, get off Tom's case.....I don't think there is anyone here that has the knowledge, experience and the energy to sit in his seat. 

I can assure you that in matters of dealing with public and shareholder communication it is done so with the full input and knowledge of all senior management, period.
