You know. Tom is the scapegoat in all off this. Very unjustified. The guy is only doing what is asked of him. This comes from the top down

In my opinion and my opinion only.  I believe the company hinted success was always just around the corner.  If a slow adoption was part of the process we as shareholders should have been made aware. 

I along with many others have added to our positions over the past several years with nothing to show for it except a 50% loss in our bottom line.
