It could be the Warrant Holders where granted rights to periodic updates from management. If so, those rights would have come with some specifc constaints to protect against improper use of inside informarion.  Most likely would be an NDA that prevents public discussion of those updates and  also there would be limits on trading for some period after the meeting.  

All conjecture on my part as I am not party to any of this.
