I have to agree with Cookie Monster. The video on the website presented by Dr Mo around the 4:30 mark demonstrates the 400G TX with the Lithium Niobate modulator. 

If you recall Poet was going to demonstrate a working 400G TX at the CIOE in September but was postoned. 

The production road map that Holk pointed out shows Alpha samples of the 400G TX due out end of this year. Production will begin mid next year. So this is not in concept only. 

The industry is just waiting to see if Poet can produce the product at scale with relability. 

We have at least 8 products that will be produced before the 400G TX is in production. That is where our focus should be in the near term. This will bring revenue along with credibility. This will prove that Poet can reproduce at scale with a reliable factor. Extremely important!

Reread the recent blog. We do not need to wait for this to be in production to generate revenue. The 100g and 200g is just the quickest path and near term need. 

400G TX is the springboard to 800g to 3.2T 

No one else has yet to accomplish this feat. Not without issues anyway. Give our man Suresh credit. The man is a visionary. This investment has been a long road but one that will pay off handsomely
