As long as this stock trades 47 or so shares a day, forecasts like 'Whatever the financing price is, we are going there immediately' or this constant whingeing about management, a 'rush to Nasdaq without ammunition' and the like are a perfect means to kill every uptrend.

To me this looks like being on purpose, at least if more than 2 brain cells fire from time to time.
