Just need another recommendation from a "special committee" and we'll be there! I'd post about the blame of a few shrimp being laughable compared to the catastrophe brought on by management but we've heard this tale before. Although I am not participating in the PP, I have bought a few shares in a couple accounts recently. 

Best we can hope for is for the placement to be over-subscribed and for some of these partners to join in. We're still at a measly ~2% institutional.
