A good question. As someone who works in Comms, this does whiff of Friday news dump. Although exercising warrants will add capital to the coffers, I fear that many warrant holders will need to sell common shares in order to take advantage. (We've seen this movie before, along with the concern that some might be shorting the stock, knowing they have cheaper warrants in the back pocket.)
Longer term, having warrants in the money and being exercised is always good, but I wouldn't be surprised if there is some selling pressure next couple of weeks.
