One of the two people speaking in The State of the CW-WDM MSA – A Fireside Chat with Chris Cole and Matt Sysak on YouTube, where they mentioned POET along with other big names such as Macom and Lumentum is Chris Cole. He defined the MSA standard and is also one of the general chair of the 2023 OFC. The CW-WDM MSA recently mentioned POET again in their latest tweet.

I still don't understand the purpose of all this negativity, as it could only lead to a weaker share price. I guess it's what we call freedom of speech.
