Brings up a good question I saw on another board. Pretty sure Poet has enough cash going forward at least until mid or years end. Add in additional cost for production ramp where will this money come from? 

The last finacing was not so easy to fill and not fully perscribed. Our SP is not high enough to cover the upcoming debentures and a credit crisis in the beginning stages.

Serious question. I don't know the legalities but couldn't Poet obtain a line of credit or loan from our SPX partner if much needed? I mean isn't it in their best interest to be sure we are viable?

 Or I guess dilution.
