My preferred non dilutive options would be the Operating LOC / small debt or sell a slice of SPX to a friendly partner.

Also note that SPX owns the Opex and Capex so production ramp out of SPX is essentially financed by SPX.

Production ramp outside of SPX will require cash and this is where terms on PO's becomes important! ie 50% deposit with order. Not sure what is typical in this industry .... but deposit with order would be very useful and I would think likely.
