I am curious as to what is happening behind closed doors at Poet. Only two possibilities in my mind. One: they are finalizing a deal, like the North American joint venture partner, that will materially change the ability to raise funds, or two: they are scrambling to find some other means to raise enough money to get through the next year as the current prospectus will not likely be able to sell 10 million shares with warrants at $1.70. If it did sell 10 million shares that would mean 20 million more shares possibly out there for dilution. At this point I would except either outcome that keeps the company alive!
