One way to look at it, is they have repriced the options to equalize the recent dilution from the last finanancing, that all of us experienced. The fact they are doing this now does not instill confidence that the next leg of financing will be done with anymore professionalism. Nor, that they expect any near term price appreciation. 

IMHO
