This is so offensive. The share price is where it is because our CFO couldn't close a financing, the ordeal literally lasted 8 months, obliterating the stock.  The share price is where it is because our CEO over promised, under delivered, and failed to acknowledge setbacks until after the fact, eroding investor confidence. Other companies were lining up financing money too, the "market climate" is relative nonsense, not in this sector, it's a gold rush. So management failed, killed the SP, we lost money too, and now want to be compensated, while we are left with the consequences?  Even their participation in financing was a sweetheart arrangement, a no lose proposition.

Anyone who votes YES is an enabler, we're here because of their stewardship to date, hopefully the future is bright, but even asking for this now clearly projects a lack of confidence we will see near term appreciation.  Don't like the stock price, either do we!
