Intimated vs going that route is 2 different things. If I were a Richardson, I would want to keep all of a good thing.

Let the gold play itself out and be bought in a couple of years then move on and play with Nickel as a good prospect will more than likely increase in value just sitting idle while Nickel remains in short supply. The only risk is if technology is developed the laterite that is difficult to process (2 versions of laterite; Vale Inco's Indonesia and Onca/Puma Brasil type can be smelted vs most laterite deposits need acid leaching that cost a fortune) for a reasonable price, but it's not there yet.
