My only potash play is MAA. Got in in the fall and am underwater. Funny thing is, and maybe it is our soils, we don't use potash, and I would be hard pressed to be convinced to use it. It is salty, and with the salt comes kochia, which not only kills yield, but makes harvest tough and can cause trouble in the bin. I think there are a lot of K defficient soils, but ours isn't one of them. I know k produces chloride, and chloride kills life, and a healthy soil needs life (microbes). But what do I know?

Some of SD's snow will head thru 'peg, already alerted my sister to check her sewage backstop valve. The continental divide is between Watertown and Fargo, so only a bit of SD water is destined north, but ND has pretty good snow cover too.

I will be interested to see if the keynote speaker's info on Roundup is correct. If Roundup gets yanked, shorting MON would be a road to riches I think. Would put Ag in a tailspin as well, as Roundup replaces tillage for much weed control.
