I take it that the inference from that certain person you noted, is that I am planning to take the company private, and that is deduced from the paragraph quoted. 

Please point out to that individual that I currently control the company, and that the paragraph quoted refers to an acceleration mechanism which is triggered only if there is a change in control. If I take the company private I would suggest that there is no a change of control.
