Dear Maxwell12,

Our recent press release speaks to your question regarding the conv debenture.

The two other loans you referred to have not been retired.  214K is 2018 tax credit loan which will automatically renew until such time as the government refunds our tax credits. The other amount of 115K is made up of two loans (50K and 65.2K= 115.2K) which mature May 1st 2020.
