Would it be possible to create an isoxxxx standard for your product (torch), for industrial burners so that governments would standardize its use, on their territory.  In fact, standards have been created in the past to protect populations or humanity in danger (ex.: in the 60's for air pollution and lately for the replacement of gas that destroyed the ozone layer and etc.).

It seems that the negotiations would be easier because the obligation to make the changes with a certified product would be a plus for humanity and governments regarding their efforts in the fight against CO2.
