Hello Peter

 

I was wondering why do the bought deal now to get the $5M to enlist on the TSX.

You had mentioned that 1 or 2 torch deals were to be signed in a few months.

Why not wait for the orders so that the price of the stock go up and then do a bought deal

at higher prices before enlisting to the TSX?
