Posting on social media platforms talking about why you like the technology isn't a bad thing.

I agree that no serious investor should want or promote manipulation. But for people to say that the guy who posted the WSB post was manipulating the share price? He had less than 500 shares and seemed to really like the company's story. His position screenshot showed that he was diversified and liked posting about technology he thought other people should know about. He told people to check out the Q&A.
