This is probably the reason for the state of the art torch production facility they have recently finished. It will significantly speed up the production of torches which will most likely be needed if they get major orders from multiple companies who have been waiting for funding from the government. If they have all been waiting the orders could come in fast. Remember they have been in talks with at least 10 companies for torch orders for about a year now.
