Your comment about this JV is one of the strangest I've  ever seen.  

Trying to spin this in negative light raises only suspicion on the point of your post. 

There's over 200 plus Aluminum smelters around the world that'll definitely utilize this residue recovery and I got one am extremely excited of the mere thought of the multi millions in recurring revenue stream.
