He sounds like a basher to me.  First he bought  and sold,  so he is out now. All these words of wisdom he seems to offer, he had that knowledge before he bought and still decided to buy. Now that he's out with or without a profit,  he feels this is his time to share all his years of knowledge and knock the company.  He talks of no real discussions of sales yet forgets about  the one torch sale, then the 4 torch sale. He doesn't say this is how big corporations  operate.  Cautiously  and methodically before handing over hundreds of millions.  

To me he is clearly a basher, but I'll  defer to Peter's  opinion.   Jmo
