As I understand the HPQ private placement PYR the company has invested more into HPQ by participating in the private placement. Easy to understand PYR pays from their account.

Peter is selling 750,000 shares. Peter recieves the full amount from this share as it is his personal account, and would have to pay all taxes on monies made.

Peter won't be donating money back to PYR from this sale. Perhaps he has more options available of which Peter will buy more shares in PYR at the option price.

Cattleman your calculations have Peter buying HPQ shares, which he may, but the press release was PYR the company was buying HPQ shares at the agreed price.

The HPQ private placement and Peter selling shares are two different things and should not be confused or mixed with one another. Easy to picture, and figure out. So Peter will not have more HPQ in his account unless he buys in a separate deal.
