I sell all the time so that nobody infers anything from it.

If I were to sell all my shares at this rate, I think it would take over 10 years to sell them all.

You ask why sell now and not in a month from now? …and in a month what would you say?  The same thing.

On the other hand, I suggest that if a CEO did not diversify when he has so much value in one stock, I would question if his risk profile/understanding is proper to run a multi-million dollar company. 

And by the way I have no obligation to tell you what I am diversifying into.
