Why order a plasma torch,  and ask for a quote on 36 more torches,  if they were only interested in natural gas?  I'm quite sure if they're happy with the results of plasma torches, it wouldn't take long to change their plans on all plants.  Sounds to me like they're covering all bases,  and may the best option win. Jmo
