2022 Overview:
RETAIL SHOPS UPDATE:
Rebrand of its retail stores in Oss and Utrecht is moving forward as we are currently reviewing new proposed designs from an interior design company and options to renovate the locations, increase the number of products to align the brand to the holistic view of mind and body health while executing on customer experience initiatives. We expect that these updates will be complete by Summer 2023.
SCARLETTE LILLIE SCIENCES AND INNOVATION UPDATE:
Working closely with CCrest Laboratory Inc. ("CCrest") in Montreal, Quebec to develop a homogenized microdosing capsule. The current research will soon be performed on 3,000 grams of natural psilocybin truffles, grown in the Netherlands at the Company's facility in Horst, that were approved by Health Canada to import to CCrest. We anticipate our naturally occurring psilocybe truffles to land at CCrest any day now. Furthermore, the Company has engaged Cannabis License Experts Inc. to assist the Company with an application for a Controlled Drugs and Substances Dealer's Licence with the aim of psilocybin production, research and development at the Company's mushroom production facility in New Brunswick
SR WHOLESALE B.V.:
oCtinues to run efficiently and currently distributes large volumes of Magic Truffles to the Netherlands market, including the Company's own brands (i) Maka magic truffles line, including the Hollandia, Makanaut, Muskoka, Mexicana, Atlantis, Double Vision, Old Dutch and Utopia varieties, which are designated as a Responsible Use Psychedelic and (ii) iMicrodose magic truffles, which is also a responsible use psychedelic brand supported by education, information, community events and tele-counseling support. Both the Maka and iMicrodose line of truffles is currently being distributed and sold by a number of SmartShops across the Netherlands.
RED LIGHT HOLLAND FARM DIVISION AND HOME GROW KITS UPDATE:
AEM, now operating at approximately 80-90% capacity, continues to increase deliveries of gourmet shiitake mushrooms from our production facility in New Brunswick. We have focused on sales and brand growth with Happy Caps lion's mane, oyster and shiitake Home Grow Kits and we continue to have great success with these products as they've now been accepted into 22 Canadian Tire locations and 13 Loblaws Super Stores exceeding over 90 retail locations across Canada. And we expect that number to grow in the near future
WISDOM TRUFFLE UPDATE:
Moon, designed by Karim Rashid, after passing all certifications needed, is available for sale in Canada, USA and Europe at www.BringWisdomHome.com with delivery estimated this April. The Star model has also completed its design phase and is awaiting final completion of the testing and certification prior to its initial manufacturing run, which is expected before mid-year. The engineering, design and production of the SuperNova model has been deferred for 12 to 18 months to focus sales and marketing efforts on the other two models.

Microdosing Packs
The Microdosing Packs will be supplied, produced and packaged in collaboration with McSmart, one of the Netherland's prominent truffle growers, distributors and smart shop owners.
- McSmart will supply, produce, and package the Microdosing Packs under the Red Light Holland brand. McSmart has also agreed to market and offer for sale Red Light Holland's microdosing products within the Netherlands in three smart shops operated by McSmart.
- Red Light Holland and McSmart previously entered into a letter of intent, and intend to capitalize on market interest and enter into definitive documentation and launch the Microdosing Packs as soon as possible.
SCARLETTE LILLIE SCIENCE AND INNOVATION
Red Light Holland intends to, in the future, establish Scarlette Lillie Science and Innovation, a business segment to supplement its core business. Scarlette Lillie Science and Innovation's goal will be to supply the medical market, with naturally occurring, non-synthetic psilocybin as current research shows clinical trials are using a synthetic pro-drug compound.
- Red Light Holland hopes to explore the entourage effect of whole fungi medicine and to establish itself as a pioneering company with the capability to grow medical grade truffles which will potentially help discover more about the entire psilocybin Truffle.

Growing Traction with High Times Psychedelic Podcast:
In June 2020, Red Light Holland launched the High Times Psychedelic Podcast, a weekly podcast hosted by Todd Shapiro, the Company's Chief Executive Officer and Director, who took part in several virtual conferences and webinars in the psychedelic space in May 2020, and is quickly becoming a sought-after speaker within the psychedelic space. The Podcast, which is supported by High Times, the preeminent source for cannabis information since 1974, discusses numerous topics within the psychedelics industry, and from time to time, engages industry leaders and other creative personalities to share their insights. Strategic Mutual Investment with PharmaDrug Inc.:
In July 2020, Red Light Holland closed the final tranche of its previously announced private placement on a non-brokered basis, which included a strategic mutual investment with PharmaDrug Inc. (CSE:BUZZ) ("PharmaDrug"), which is building an international controlled substance and natural medicine company with a focus on Europe.
The strategic mutual investment, which included a cash investment of $200,000 by the Company into PharmaDrug, was completed under the terms of a securities exchange agreement dated July 14, 2020 entered into by the Company and PharmaDrug.
The two companies recognize the complimentary nature of their respective business models in the Dutch psychedelic market and will seek to collaborate on strategic initiatives.
- RLH's strategy to be a premier grower of psychedelic truffles with microdose packaging fits well with Super Smart's vision of elevating the Smart Store experience by introducing new products and an educational approach.

Expansion of Management and Advisory Team: Within less than sixty (60) days from the listing of the Company's common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE"), Red Light Holland added several top talent to its management and advisory team (in addition to Ann Barnes, co-founder of Peace Naturals Project Inc. (the first non-incumbent company to be granted a medical cannabis production license by Health Canada) who joined the Board of Directors prior to the CSE-listing) to assist the Company in its expansion on both the recreational side and science and innovation division, including the below-listed individuals.
