Maybe just me, but wouldn't it take some time for people to even notice or investigate these new analyst reports/ratings? So the slow up trend since the Zacks may still be attributable, at least in part? Seems good to have these coming out, and to me anyway, it seems that for most retail investors - except hard boilded day traders - the effects of the new reports would be felt over time, rather than instantly, which may be part of what we're seeing.
