,,Stock is on the same page as myself,,,,,,the amount of dilution coming to a theater near us is a wild card # and a serious unkown. So what % of the existing shares will be written in a PP deal? ,,,,25%,,,,30%,,,more?? Well,, buying at this stage is done with trepidation, as we dont know what is going to take place between now and August! We can be assured we get diluted to some extent! So $3 a share becomes $2 once again overnight!! If shorts are playing this aspect of the play at this time wuth our share price when we are $2 then they may get roasted before August. That is posible.

Its up the the Resverlogix team to get our share price where minimal dilution will occur. The low share price will play into the hands of our insiders in the know and they only care that if they do make a deal before August that the share price is still anemic.
