Though April showers may come your way, They bring the flowers that bloom in May

April certainly showered on RVX's PPS....we started the month around $2.20 and quickly got up over $2.30 before inclement weather came along and brought to close the month under $2....albeit just barely.  

Hopefully DM has planted some seeds that will bear fruit, another regional deal, a PP, whatever....2PM we'll see if they have something to announce with regards to how they're going to finance BETonMACE that will grab the street's attention and blossom into some nice roses.
